OB 102 Problem framework

OB 102 is about key issues/problem one will face in a working environment.

In each problem,  1-3 key concepts will be introduced.

Problem is crafted such that the protagonist faces an issue and you have to help him/her solve it.

Solving usually mean giving advise, suggestions on how to solve the issue.

Advise/Suggestion should be specific and based on the lesson's key concept or theory.

To do well in OB 102 :

a) identify the key concepts/theories for the day.
b)identify the key terms used. (in problem statement and worksheets)
c) understand the concepts. ( research)
d) able to apply the concepts/theory ( do worksheet)
